Small Scale Dog Boarding

Mutt Heads Pet Services started because of our love for animals. We have 3 dogs and a cat of our own, and we have fostered animals through local rescues since 2014. We have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, breeds, energy levels and temperaments. Mutt Heads is located on a fully fenced acreage close to Sherwood Park, Edmonton and Beaumont. We are a small scale boarding facility that only has 6 dog runs, so you know that your pup will get tons of one-on-one attention.
Prior to starting Mutt Heads in January 2019, Cassie worked as a Human Resources professional for almost a decade. Steven currently works in Emergency Services and works shift work. With his schedule, this will allow him to help people in need as well as spend time with animals.

Our organization is bonded and insured through ProFur and we both have our current Pet First Aid certificates. Cassie has completed the Karen Pryor Academy's Dog Trainer Comprehensive program to learn even more about dogs and their behaviours. The goal of this is to make your dog's stay as comfortable as possible.

Peggy joined our family in July 2020 at approximately 8 months of age. We knew we were in trouble when we started fostering her as she was exactly our jam of a dog. Peggy is currently about 70 pounds, but has much, much more room to grow. We adopted Peggy through Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS).
