Check-in & Check-out Times

- All check-in and check-outs are scheduled by appointment. This allows us to plan out daily operations appropriately and be able to assist you when you arrive. Appointments are available in 10 minute increments.
- Nightly rates are based on check-in between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and check-out between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. If we have availability, we can provide early check-in and late check-out appointments within opening hours for an additional fee.

Add-on Services

Enrichment Treats: The purpose of an enrichment activity is to stimulate their mind and enhance the natural need to exhibit a behaviour - in this case chewing. All of our enrichment treats are served frozen to increase the length of time for them to work on getting the yummy treats inside. If we find that a dog is frustrated with the treat, we either try an easier version or we only freeze a portion of the treat so they are able to get a quick reward of non-frozen treats at the top of the toy. These are great for kennel run downtime. If you have multiple dogs sharing a kennel run, they must be okay having a high value treat with the other dog in the kennel run with them. We do not have the ability to separate (resource guarding). We make a "flavour of the day", "protein sensitive" and "extreme allergy" version of enrichment treat.

Raw/Homemade Food Meal Prep: We are able to accommodate raw or homemade/fresh diets as long as it has been packaged into individual plastic bags for each meal. If you would prefer for us to do this when your dog gets here, we offer an in-house meal prep service for a fee.
Medication Prep: We are able to accommodate oral medication as long as the tablets have been cut into proper doses and an administration treat has been provided. If you would prefer for us to do this when your dog gets here, we offer an in-house medication prep service for a fee.

Additional Kibble & Canned/Wet Food: If your dog does happen to run out of food during their stay, we do offer Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach kibble & canned/wet food (just in case there is tummy upset with an abrupt food change). There will be a fee to add this to your dog's stay.
